Founded and operated by Rob Saunders, PrevMate draws on over a decade of experience across international hotel brands, including Hilton, Park Hyatt, Sofitel, IHG, and TFE Hotels. From humble beginnings as a handyman, to engineering team leader and to engineering and maintenance manager. Rob has trained high performing teams, led multi million dollar refurbishments and prepared rooms and venues for high-profile guests, including celebrities and British royalty.

Rob understands the importance of the guest experience, and how maintenance issues during that experience can heavily impact guest satisfaction, online reviews, and brand reputation.
